Drivers must use hands-free devices to talk on the phone. Should Wyoming adopt similar legislation? 2) Utah has shifted state employees to a four day workweek (10 hours per day) and is closing state offices on Fridays to save energy, and help employees deal with rising gasoline costs. Wyoming Senators Mike Enzi and John Barrasso voted against the bill, saying it protects some bad lenders and people who made bad financial decisions. Supporters say it would allow borrowers to refinance and stem the flood of foreclosures. Should the measure become law? 2) The U.S. Supreme Court ruled this week that owning guns was constitutional, but said that regulating their sale and ownership, such as the Brady Bill or banning convicted felons from owning guns, was also allowed.
